Constrivo ("we", "the app") is developed by Ricardo Fuzeta. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect the following data when you use Constrivo:

• Account data: email address, chosen display name, and language preference, collected when you create an account.
• Project data: project names, descriptions, locations (as text you enter, not GPS), task details, cost estimates, daily log entries, and expense records you create within the app.
• Photos: images you voluntarily upload for project documentation or receipt scanning.
• AI interactions: project descriptions and photos you submit for AI plan generation are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your renovation plan.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect GPS location or precise geolocation data.
• We do not access your contacts, call logs, or messages.
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the app's features (project planning, cost tracking, AI plan generation).
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.
• To improve the app experience and fix bugs.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication) — your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (AI plan generation) — project descriptions and photos are sent to Anthropic's API to generate renovation plans. Data is processed per request and not stored by Anthropic for training. Anthropic Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own projects. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects, tasks, and photos at any time within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

BuildLog is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your project data.
• Withdraw consent and delete your account.
