By using Constrivo ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. Constrivo is developed by Ricardo Fuzeta.

1. Service Description

Constrivo is a mobile application that helps homeowners and small property developers plan, track, and manage renovation and construction projects. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate project plans based on user-provided descriptions and photos.

2. Account

You must create an account to use Constrivo You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Constrivo only for its intended purpose of managing construction and renovation projects. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the app's systems.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. AI-Generated Content

Constrivo uses AI to generate project plans, cost estimates, and task breakdowns. This content is provided as guidance only. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated plans are estimates and not professional construction advice.
• Cost estimates may vary from actual costs depending on market conditions, location, and other factors.
• You should consult qualified professionals for structural, electrical, plumbing, and gas work.
• Constrivo is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from following AI-generated plans.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Constrivo (photos, descriptions, project data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the app's services. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Constrivo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by the respective store policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Constrivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated plans or cost estimates.
• Any damages resulting from construction or renovation work performed based on information from the app.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Constrivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

You may stop using Constrivo at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
